CAITLIN LOVELL

With an active litigation practice, Caitlin Lovell protects the rights of her clients in both federal and state court. She handles a range of cases, from DUI and distribution of controlled substances to burglary, theft and sexual offenses. She aggressively protects the rights of her clients in divorces, paternity cases and child custody disputes. Ms. Lovell also vigorously represents clients in civil litigation, including protection orders and personal injury. The Nebraska Criminal Defense Attorneys Association awarded Ms. Lovell the Don Fiedler Memorial Scholarship in 2021 to attend the National Criminal Defense College (NCDC) Trial Practice Institute. The NCDC Trial Practice Institute is the premier and longest-established provider of trial skills training for criminal defense practitioners in the United States, known for its exclusive and intense two-week trial skills program designed solely for criminal defense practitioners. Ms. Lovell graduated from the Nebraska State Bar Association Leadership Academy in 2022, a program meant to develop the leadership skills of participants to allow them to make greater contributions to the legal profession and their community.
